Breathing Space is the chance to experience VOX in silence, for reflection, meditation or just a break from a busy day.
Breathing Space is open to the public throughout the festival Tuesday-Sunday 12noon – 1pm.
On 15th March the session will be led by Christian Meditation and Yoga practitioner, Lucy Barnes.
About Lucy Barnes
Lucy Barnes is a yoga teacher and part of the meditation community at WCCM. This workshop introduces breathing as a pathway to meditation.
Through a series of gentle exercises and relaxation – all centred around the chair we sit on – we free tight shoulders hips and backs to allow the breath to enter more fully, which in turn can help us to ground ourselves and be still.
The session ends with a guided meditation.
All are welcome. A knowledge of yoga is not necessary.
